I was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, the second of four girls. As a child, I enjoyed writing stories, drawing, and talking - lots of it! I attended Dawson College and obtained a degree in Social Services. During this time, I worked as a freelance writer and as a co-host for Montreal's #1 Gospel radio show, CKUT's Mind, Soul & Spirit.
In 2003, I moved to Macon, Georgia after getting married and attended Macon State College (now Middle Georgia State University). I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Information Technology with a focus in New Media. After graduation, I worked as a freelance journalist, assignment editor for an ABC affiliate, and a magazine editor.
I landed a position as a publicist for a gospel record company and fell in love with it! Since then, I have proudly worked with clients in film, music, gaming/esports, and the arts (in addition to some lifestyle brands). I've worked with award-winning films, securing placements in countries such as Canada, the U.K., and France.
Currently, I am the Marketing and Communications board chair for Georgia Production Partnership (GPP), a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering Georgia’s film, video, music, and interactive game industries.
I'm a member of the National Association of Black Public Relations Professionals and I serve on the board of the Macon Concert Association, a 90-year institution that brings worldwide classical musicians to Macon, Georgia. I'm an active member of GEPRA (Georgia Entertainment Public Relations Alliance), a professional group that specializes in a wide array of public relations services.
